Thank you for shopping with our e-commerce platform that utilizes Pi Network for transactions in Ghana. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. In the event that you need to return a product or request a refund, please review our Refunds and Return Policy outlined below.

  1. General Terms and Conditions: a. This policy applies to all purchases made on our e-commerce platform using Pi Network as the transaction method. b. Refunds and returns will only be processed for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. d.   2. Refunds: a. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the transaction, or alternatively, in the form of Pi Network credits. b. The refund amount will exclude any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the purchase. c. Refunds will be processed within [7 days] upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

  3. Returns: a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe, providing your order details, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence if applicable. b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return address and any necessary instructions. c. It is important to securely package the product to be returned to prevent any damage during transit. d. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria mentioned in Section 1(c). e. If the returned product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund as outlined in Section 2.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: a. Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as personal care products, perishable goods, or items specified as non-returnable during the purchase process. b. Customized or personalized items may also be non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  5. Exchanges: At this time, we do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to follow the return process outlined in Section 3 and place a new order for the desired item separately.
